Withdrawal of funds
The withdrawal of funds is only available after support service approval. To get approval you need to download your personal data means proof of identity and address of residence in Personal Area.

In order to protect all parties from fraud and exclusion of opportunities for money laundering obtained illegally, and in order to fight terrorism, PBN Invest performs a refund and withdrawal of funds only to the card, bank account or electronic wallet, where the funds were initially deposited to the account. The withdrawal rules are listed below:
- Withdrawal of funds for credit/debit cards. Regardless of the chosen method of withdrawal, the funds will be displayed in an amount not exceeding the total amount of replenishment by this method.
- Output to electronic wallets. Transfer of paid funds to electronic wallets are made only after all funds have been returned to the credit/debit card if this method was used for account replenishment.
- Other methods. In other ways (for example, bank transfer), funds will be withdrawn in the event that the possibilities to transfer funds in the above two ways will be completely exhausted. In fact, funds are credited to your bank account within 2-5 business days.
All withdrawal requests are executed within 24 business hours, however, all sent inquiries are instantly displayed in the client's trading account as pending execution.
All requests for withdrawal of money will be executed in the same currency in which the funds were deposited to the account. If the transfer currency for the account differs from the withdrawal currency, PBN Invest will convert the withdrawn amount to the enrollment currency at the average exchange rate.
